The Community Support Program provides portable, flexible and individualised support for people between the ages of 15 -65 with a physical disability or those who need personal help with daily activities.

A partnership approach for independent living

Community Support Program (CSP) encompasses nursing care and assistance with daily activities including personal assistance, domestic services, community access, vocational support, educational support, child care services, gardening/home maintenance, respite care, palliative care, social support and therapy program support.

QHC is innovative, accessible, responsive and able to support you 24 hours a day, seven days per week. We see our role under the CSP and High Needs Pool as one of partnership with our clients to help them achieve their goals.
