How can I be sure that Quality Health Care is a reputable service?

QHC has gained the highest work credentials. In addition to this we run mandatory 'Police Criminal' and 'Working with Children' checks on all of our staff. We are certified with the professional body of the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS).

We hold 'preferred provider' status with Government and Area Health Services through tenders and submissions.

Quality Health Care has been in operation since 1999 and is a privately owned and operated service, run by people who genuinely care about our community and its members. We employ appropriately qualified professionals to oversee client coordination and care.

Who can access our services?

Any person with a disability, who is aged and in need of a little help at home, their family, or their friends may also access our services on their behalf. We have age, gender and culturally appropriate trained staff that can support your needs.

Can I get help any time of day?

Our services are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.   So we can help you whenever you need it.

How much will the service cost?

Our prices will vary and depend on the service type, the staff expertise required and the days and hours involved in the service. Please phone or email us for a guide. Quotations are available upon written request.

Is Quality Health Care a funded service?

Yes, Quality Health Care is a funded service provider for accommodation; drop in support; attendant care services and for support under the supported living fund. We also provide special assistance to The Department of Family and Community Services, Ageing, Disability & Home Care (ADHC) in emergency situations for people who are at risk of homelessness.

Is Quality Health Care an Accredited organisation?

Yes. QHC holds full accreditation with The Australian Council of Health Care Standards (ACHS) under the EQuIP5 Quality Platform, and is able to comply with the NSW Disability Service Standards (NSW Standards) and Community Care Common Standards (CCCS).

What if I am not satisfied with my carer?

Quality Health Care is proud of our reputation and of the services that we offer. We employ only the highest standard or disability and care workers.
