Quality Health Care’s Community Care team provides in-home and community supports to ageing clients and clients with a disability. Our support enables people to maintain and/or increase their independence and we provide tailored assistance based on individual needs. We provide a broad range of supports including; personal care, social and recreational supports, community nursing, case management and therapeutic support.


Lizzie Wills
Home and Community Care Coordinator
Lizzie has held a number of roles within Quality Health Care and this has provided real insight into how the company works across a number of areas. Lizzie is a great team player and enjoys working with people to help them achieve their goals. Lizzie is committed to working in a person centred way and is a keen to further develop her skills and experience. Lizzie’s experience and knowledge are a real asset in the Community Care team and she will go above and beyond to assist people to reach their goals.

Marissa van Cuijk
Community Care Coordinator
Marissa has worked in the disability sector for the past decade across the Netherlands, America and Australia. Marissa holds qualifications in social work as well as sport teacher with specialisation in self-defence and self-protective strategies for frontline staff.  Marissa has a broad range of experience working in the fields of; mental health, intellectual disability, trauma and physical disability and she enjoys the variety that her current role offers in working directly with clients and as part of a broader team.

Akesa Va’inga
Home and Community Care Coordinator
Akesa has worked at Quality Health Care for 14 years and has fantastic knowledge and insight into the needs of individuals and families. Akesa is highly experienced in working with families from disadvantaged backgrounds and has a keen interest in working with CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities. Akesa is a strong advocate of people’s rights, including access to resources and information.  Akesa holds a Bachelor of Social Work from Western Sydney University (WSU) and an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Chemical Technology) from Sydney Institute of TAFE.

Brittany Crimmins
NDIS Support Coordinator
Brittany has worked in the Disability sector since 2010 having previously worked in Melbourne before moving to Sydney to pursue a career in community care. Brittany has experience of working in mental health, aged care and disability and is a passionate person centred practitioner. Brittany is an experienced case manager which is a great asset for her role as Support Coordinator. Brittany is  a strong advocate for human rights and enjoys working in partnership with families and individuals.

Louise McDonald
NDIS Support Coordinator
Louise is an experienced Case Manager and has held positions managing accommodation/group homes, day programs and coordinating clients’ direct care teams and programs. Louise specialises in supporting people with complex care and high behavioural support needs and holds an Honours Degree in Applied Social Studies in Social Care.
