Mr. John Kelly

Chief Operating Officer

John is a seasoned senior executive, leader and strategist with a wealth of industry knowledge in operations for the disability and community sectors, both in Australia and Overseas. John has previously held roles of Chief Operating Officer, Director NDIS readiness, Marketing and Communications as well as Acting CEO for large disability providers throughout Sydney. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the UK in Adult Education, majoring in Human Resource Management. 

Ms. Natalie Dilworth

Manager - Accommodation Services

Natalie has worked in the disability sector, including accommodation support services for over 12 years. Natalie has held numerous roles including that of Team Leader and Regional Manager – Disabilities, supporting people with an intellectual disability and mental health diagnosis. Natalie’s passion is working with individuals with a trauma history and complex support needs along with a strong focus on human rights, Person Centred Practices and Active Support.
 

Mrs Sue Peck

Finance Manager

Sue is an experienced senior financial controller who has worked with quality health care for over 10 years. Sue has held previous roles in Chartered Accountancy as well as Commercial roles in Retail, Warehousing and Manufacturing for small to medium sized local and international companies.

Mrs. Michelle Miner

Manager - Human Resources

Michelle and has worked across the Human Resources space for the past 9 years, through the Events industry, Corporate Finance and Healthcare sectors. Michelle has held roles including Project Coordination and part of the Events team, Human Resources & Quality Manager, supporting a dynamic staffing pools. Michelle's ethos is to create, support and promote a reflective, strong staff team in the workplace as we move with the needs of the community, and is a keen driver for embracing positive change. Michelle holds a Bachelors of Business Degree from the APM College of Business and Communication



 

Ms. Katherine McDermott

Manager - Community Care

Katherine has held various roles in the Disability Services Sector for over a decade and with QHC since 2011. She is an experienced Case Manager, Team Leader of accommodation services and vocal advocate for client rights through her expertise in person centered service delivery and training. Katherine holds a Higher National Diploma in Health and Social Care from Ireland, and has gained a 2:1 Honours Degree in Applied Social Studies.

 

Ms. Amy Thomas

Clinical Services Manager

Amy began her career working in the Disability Sector as a Disability Support Worker for many years. Amy graduated from the University of Wollongong (UOW) with a Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Politics and Psychology. Amy has experience providing psychotherapies to clients within a variety of settings. She also completed clinical placements through an Out of Home Care service, where she supported children and young people with trauma histories.
