Mrs. Amy Thomas

Clinical Services Manager

 
Amy has worked within the Disability Sector for over 10 years. She began her career as a direct care worker, and now holds positions as a Registered Psychologist and Manager of Clinical Services. She provides a range of therapeutic supports to people with disabilities and their support networks. She has a passion for empowering people to achieve their person-centred goals and live a positive quality of life. She has a Graduate Diploma of Professional Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma of Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts with majors in Politics and Psychology, all received through the University of Wollongong. 

Mr. Luke Ireland

Senior Psychologist

 
Luke has worked across Sydney in a variety of Health and Community services for the past 14 years. Luke’s front line experience in disability support, marginalised youth and at risk mental health work has shaped his Psychological practice over time to reflect a balanced, understanding and respectful approach to counselling. Luke actively utilises evidence based approaches to guide his practice and is a keen advocate for Person Centred Care. Luke became a Registered Psychologist in 2010 and holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology Major) and Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Wollongong University (UOW). 

Ms. Dipali Patale

Occupational Therapist

 
Dipali has been a registered Occupational Therapist and member Occupational Therapy Australia for over 14 years. She has worked predominantly in hospital settings, and joined Quality Health Care’s Clinical Services team in 2018. She has a passion and interest in providing person-centred interventions and functional skills-based training to adults and elderly individuals with disabilities. She has a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from the University of Mumbai, India. 

Mr. Rory Bane

Behaviour Implementation

 
At Quality Health Care, Rory holds a dual role as a Team Leader of a 24 hour accommodation placement and a Clinical Services Implementer. He has a passion for supporting people with disabilities and their supports apply clinical recommendations aimed at reducing behaviours of concern and increasing quality of life. Rory has a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Management, Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, and a Bachelor Degree in Science with concurrent Teacher Education, all obtained in Ireland. 

Mr. Brandon Dyson

Provisional Psychologist

 
Brandon is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing his Masters of Professional Psychology in partnership with Quality Health Care and the University of Wollongong. He aims to translate his studies into positive growth for with people with disabilities and their supports, as well as for his own clinical development. He has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) obtained through the University of Wollongong (UOW).
