Quality Health Care (QHC) is a leading provider of disability, home and community care and accommodation support services throughout Sydney to people living with disability.


We are seeking a proactive, engaging and highly organised Support Worker to join an experienced and highly skilled team.


The successful applicant will be positive, engaging and experienced in working with people with a mental health and disability profile. You will be part of a team that is responsible for providing high quality support that builds capacity and skills towards independence.


Your role

  • Co-ordinate staff rosters to support workplace environments

  • Day to day support and supervision of staff

  • Liaising with clients and their families to ensure person centred support

  • Provide training, mentoring and coaching of staff

  • Coordinating time-sheets for payroll


Essential Criteria

  • Highly developed communication skills

  • Experience in managing staff teams and rostering – minimum 2 years

  • Demonstrated knowledge of home care policies and procedures and compliance requirements
