350 staff and our services include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Home & Community Care, Support Coordination and Behaviour Support.
Network across the sector in this front facing role where we are seeking a highly capable and motivated Office Administrator who is passionate and committed to working collaboratively in supporting the organisation based in Hurstville 2220. You'll work as part of a staff team who work with empathy, resilience, and have a shared commitment to making a positive impact. At QHC we have a laugh and collaborate freely.
Duties include but not limited to:
First point of contact face-to-face and incoming phone calls.
Manage and maintain the office’s email inbox, directing enquiries and ensuring timely responses.
Assist with data entry tasks and support in projects and initiatives across all departments.
Liase with clients and external stakeholders to troubleshoot enquiries.
Housekeeping of meeting rooms and kitchen stock
Calendar management for meetings, appointments and car bookings.
Conduct client surveys and gather feedback.
Assist with new client referrals and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Our ideal candidate will have:
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and Canva.
Highly organised and proactive with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A passion for the disability sector, demonstrating quality service and client care.
Essential experience dealing with confidential records and providing administrative support to management.
Adaptable, and a quick learner, team player and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A positive energy that contributes to the workplace and the ability to mesh well with our office culture.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
