Support Worker - St George

We are seeking robust individuals who are committed to providing high quality and person centered care in challenging environments. Our team will be comprehensively trained, supported and expertly guided by management and a clinical team.
The position is a coaching role to guide and inspire people with Intellectual disabilites / Mental health to build meaningful lives that include support with work, education, relationships, drug and alcohol issues and independent living skills.
To Succeed you will need
Cert IV or equivalent industry experience
At least 6 months experience within a group home setting
Personal care experience
Good availability to work days, nights and weekends
A passion for providing person centered care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid Working Visa
Must be able to provide Covid Vaccination and booster certificate
Permanent part time roles for the right applicant
A variety of day, night and weekend shifts available
