National Disability Insurance Services
Our NDIS team will assist you to develop new skills and experiences that will enable you to lead a fuller life and move towards independence. We work with you to identify your goals and the support that you need to get you there.
Our services offer choice, opportunity and focus on skill development so you can reach your goals more quickly. We provide a wide range of services across Sydney which can be delivered at home, at work within your local community. Our experienced team are available to support you with NDIS plan development and implementation.
Supported Independent Living
Quality Health Care is a registered specialist disability housing provider with the NDIS and we have eleven homes accommodating up to 56 residents located across the Sydney Metropolitan region.
Our housing is more than bricks and mortar, it’s a home and we support residents to maintain their lifestyle, enjoy their surroundings and develop new skills and friendships. Our aim is to create communities where individuals are respected, valued and support each other daily.
We specialise in the areas of disability, mental health and ageing, working in partnership with the people we support and the local community where we are located. Each model is unique in its own right and accommodation options include a range of one and two-bedroom villas, individual apartments and shared housing.
All homes are fully accessible and staffed 24/7, each model is fully furnished and has a range of private and communal areas for residents to enjoy. Properties are located close to transport and amenities and are only a short distance from major shopping and retail centres. Every home has access to a range of specialist supports including health, clinical and positive behaviour support and our service teams are highly skilled and experienced and ensure residents live in a safe and happy home environment.

Our team receives ongoing support to ensure that we; listen, learn and understand the needs of each resident and we make plans, decisions and choices together ensuring that the person is at the centre of these actions.
Our teams work within therapeutic frameworks and standards to support each resident to develop new skills and have new experiences that will enable them to lead fuller lives, achieve their goals and move towards independence. QHC environments are designed and maintained to be homely, welcoming and safe, providing an environment and individual spaces that are safe and secure. Teams assist each resident to develop new skills and experiences and move towards independence. We work with all residents to identify goals and the support required to achieve each goal.

Pagewood
Pagewood is our latest model, located in the Eastern Suburbs close to Maroubra, this house is close to transport, parks, cafes and amenities. Pagewood is a family friendly suburb close to Westfield Eastgardens and is well positioned to access community services and transport options, with Kingsford and Randwick just a couple of kilometres away.
Pagewood is a brand-new property designed for people with high physical support needs. Located close to public transport, shops and cafes the house is near Pagewood is modern and spacious and offers living spaces over two levels. The house features open plan living with high quality fixtures and finishes and comes with a lift for ease of access to the upstairs bedrooms and living area.
The house offers communal and private spaces for residents with a choice of two living areas and a dining room which has access to a pleasant tiered garden with an accessible deck for socialising.
There is a large Caesar stone kitchen, shared laundry and four bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom and the fifth has access to the main bathroom. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning throughout and each bedroom has structural provisions for the installation of ceiling hoists as well as being wired with full connectivity for TV, media and high-speed internet.
Pagewood would suit people with high physical support needs looking to maximise their independence and lifestyle. This service offers 24/7 support by an experienced team of support workers, health professionals and nursing staff.
