What a wonderful company to deal with from the first meeting. I was reassured that my sister who has a rare form of Alzheimer’s would be taken care of and they have truly delivered. She has an amazing team of carer's that provide her the most wonderful 24 hour care and love so that I can become her sister again and not her carer.

I have nothing but good things to say. My son is in Quality Healthcare at Ingleburn, and all the staff are very caring and supportive of both my son and myself (mother). Rachel particularly, keeps me updated on everything that my son does and also his mental health. My son has very complex issues and the staff deal with him (and myself),by offering support in a professional and caring manner. They go above and beyond. My son(and myself) would be at absolute loss without Quality Healthcare. A massive congratulations on 25 years of serving our community.

Truly, words cannot express just how fortunate we feel to have our mother (Lile Libro) looked after by such a group of highly empathetic, knowledgeable and caring team of support workers. It is evident that the team genuinely care about mum and are always putting her best interests first. My mother has sadly been unwell for over 20 years now with Huntington’s Disease, mostly residing in nursing homes which were unable to care for her individual needs. Through the NDIS and Support Coordinator from Huntington’s NSW, we were fortunate enough to come across Embrace House and I really cannot begin to explain the weight that lifted from both mine and my brother Cameron’s shoulders ever since. Not once have we ever had to worry about the level of care for mum, something that we constantly had to be across while she was in the nursing home.

I am so very grateful to all the staff at Quality Health Care and the home Lenny lived in. (Empower) the name is the perfect fit. What Maria and her amazing support workers provide was far greater than they knew. Lenny lived a full life he had highly trained, skilled,  compassionate, focus, kind and caring, respectful staff who came to work and filled Lenny’s day with lots of laughter, dancing, cooking, watching his favourite movies and fun outings and taking a interest in what Lenny had to say as Lenny loved to talk about anything and everything, Empower helped Lenny to be more independent, funny and cheeky.  Empower gave Lenny a voice to choose how he wanted to live.
