Hillsdale is located close to Southpoint shopping centre and within easy walking distance to Heffron Park. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops close by and the property is in a quiet tree-lined street. The property is an older style house that has been converted into 3 individual units and is well positioned to access community services and transport options. The house offers communal and private spaces for residents with a couple of shared entertaining areas and communal back-garden with a BBQ. Other features include;
