Quality Health Care (QHC) is seeking an empathetic and reliable Community Support Worker to provide consistent support to a client living independently in Woolloomooloo. This individual is currently facing alcohol addiction, living alone, and requires steady, person-centred support across daily living and community activities.

This is a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life by building them up, providing stability, encouragement, and practical support to help them maintain independence and connection.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience supporting clients with addiction, mental health, or complex needs

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust and consistency

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Flexibility to cover a variety of shifts as the roster is established

• Unrestricted Driver’s Licence preferred

• NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
