This home focuses on promoting independence, dignity, and daily living skills within a supportive and structured environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident in their communication, open-minded in their approach, and committed to person-centred support.
Your Role:
Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
Providing minimal personal care as required
Assisting with domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning
Encouraging participation in household routines and skill development
Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
Maintaining clear, accurate documentation
Working collaboratively within a team to ensure consistent support practices
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or intellectual disabilities
Strong, clear verbal communication skills
Empathetic, patient, and open-minded approach
Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
Relevant qualifications (Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) preferred
