Disability Support Worker - Toongabbie

Your Role:

• Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence and dignity

• Providing minimal personal care as required

• Assisting with domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning

• Encouraging participation in household routines and skill development

• Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing

• Maintaining clear, accurate documentation

• Working collaboratively within a team to ensure consistent support practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or intellectual disabilities

• Strong, clear verbal communication skills

• Empathetic, patient, and open-minded approach

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations

• Reliable and able to work effectively within a team

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate

• Relevant qualifications (Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) preferred
